How Do I Make a Reservation?
Booking an apartment on our site is easy. All you need to do is make sure that the apartment is available for your dates and go through the booking process. You could be asked for a credit card but we do that only as a proof in case of a cancellation. If you do not want to leave a credit card, you can always use the quick reservation form or give us a call and one of our representatives will help you make your choice. Make sure you read the cancellation policy of the apartment you are booking as for some of them there might be penalties for cancellation.
Is My Personal Information Safe With You
We use SSL encryption to make sure no sensitive information can be intercepted by malignant software. Any information that you give to us is only kept until the reservation has been completed. We do not keep our clients' credit card or any other information longer than necessary.
How Do I Get My Apartment Keys
When you book your apartment there will be two options - either you will have to go to our local city office to pick up your keys (the office is always conveniently located in the city center), or you will be met by the landlord or our representative at the apartment. The process is easy and our staff is very friendly and ready to help you, so if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask them.
