- Ideapractices is a Czech Republic based company specialized in offering holiday apartments for short term rental. We started this business back in 1999 covering only Prague and Pilzen, but are now targeting much of Europe and even the US.
- How We Work
- Our business model is quite simple - we go to a city that we think has tourist potential, we invest in real estate, either buy or rent it out long term, then renovate it and offer it for short term rental through our web site and partner travel distributors. This way we can offer good quality service at decent prices to many tourist from all over the world. More recently we started working with landlords, promoting their properties on our web site too.
- About Our Staff
- We currently have 34 young and enthusiastic employees spread allover Europe catering to the needs of our clients and maintaining the proper quality of the apartments we offer. Additionally we have outsourced our web site management in Bulgaria where a team of programmers and designers make sure our company backbone - the web site is live and active 24/7.
